Abenteuer Weltraum is a non-profit educational initiative based in Vienna that inspires children to engage with space, science and STEM from an early age. Through workshops, hands-on activities and digital educational content, the association makes space accessible and engaging while showing children the many different paths they can take into the space sector.

At its core are curiosity, discovery and the message that space needs many different talents, from science and engineering to medicine, law, design, communication and the arts.

A particular focus lies on creating access to space for children regardless of gender, background or educational pathway, while introducing them to the diverse educational and career opportunities available within Austria's space sector.

To achieve this, Abenteuer Weltraum collaborates with educational institutions, organisations and stakeholders across the Austrian space ecosystem, bringing space education to the places where children learn, play and begin to imagine their future.
