Smart Yacht Automated Control Technology
Short Description
The number of accidents and incidents within yachting was continuously rising in the last years and thus led to extensive personal injuries and property damages. Besides accidents, also burglaries, vandalism and unauthorised operation as well as technical damages are big problems. Thus, it is the goal of smartYACHT, to develop a tailor-made GNSS-based vessel monitoring and security system in order to solve or even minimise these problems.
