ECSL Young Lawyers' Symposium
Content Description
The Young Lawyers' Symposium provides the opportunity for early career scholars and professionals to present a space law related topic in an international forum, to exchange ideas and to network amongst themselves.
Program
The Young Lawyers' Symposium will feature three panels with considerations of legal aspects concerning:
- The legal consequences of non-binding instruments in space law
- Do we need a new legal regime for Mars?
- New legal aspects of satellite remote sensing
After all speakers have presented their topic, the Chair of the panel will facilitate a discussion.
